ECSITE (European Network of Science Centers and Museums) / European Parliament conference and exhibition - Science Communicators advancing European knowledge society


A 1-day conference gathering representatives of key institutions, from both within and outside the field of science communication, to define respective roles in the collective effort to build a knowledge-based society in Europe. An interactive exhibition was set up in the in The European Parliament featuring hands-on exhibits, displays and live demonstrations from ten science centres from the Ecsite network.

Role : Handling invitation process, advice on website content, cooperation with the European Parliament on logistics, onsite management.
Venue: Brussels, European Parliament, 150 participants.

EGEDA / European Parliament seminar- New Potential New opportunities, the way forward for the European Audiovisual Industry

 

  

1-day seminar on the potential for development and new business opportunities posed by the European film industry. European institutions and cinematographic sector specialists were in attendance. 180 participants gathered in the Brussels European Parliament.

Role : Programme and seminar building assistance (speakers, moderators), planning, logistics and administration.
